On 11th of November we offer traditional dishes such as lahmazun, stuffed grape leaves called dolma, pie called börek and warming lentil soup merizmek. Together we will make a spicy crig köftet and all the sweet tooths will get some delicious baklava. Aside we sip some traditional drink ayran.
National dishes are prepared by Siin & Sääl chefs, Sibel Yilan and Celal Yildrim from Turkey.
As the evening goes on, Ayse Coskun will introduce us Turkish culture and customs. You can also enjoy the rhythms of Turkey! Hatice Coskun plays us saz, and Ayse shows a traditional dance from Western Anatolia. Turkish people have always loved folk dances. Zeybek dancers represent honesty and courage.
