We will discover the secrets of Turkish cuisine together with the chefs Celal and Sibel from Turkey. We will make a Turkish pizza lahmadzun from scratch and prepare some fresh veggie salad as a side dish. In addition, we learn to cook merizmek, a warming lentil soup popular among Turks. For dessert, we prepare the traditional Turkish pastry baklava, accompanied by the legendary Turkish coffee. At the end of the evening we will, of course, eat everything.
